Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues:Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exclusions:Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the exchange.

Refunds:Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
